We are seeking an experienced defence recruitment professional to assist our clients with technical defence recruitment.


Our team utilises its strategic advantage, knowledge, capability, and networks to uncover and nurture top defence talent in the market. With unparalleled market insight and a vast network of connections, we develop deep pools of engaged defence talent for key permanent roles.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Further developing defence recruitment and market expertise
  • Recruiting defence professionals such as ILS Managers, Project Managers, IT Specialists, and Engineers
  • Sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, and assessing defence candidates for current vacancies

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate:

  • 5+ years local experience in defence recruitment
  • Australian Citizenship and baseline security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
  • Ability to meet performance indicators set by your manager
  • Strong relationship building and organisational skills
  • Possess drive and hunger to succeed in niche defence roles
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
