About the Centre
Welcome to Milestones Early Learning Emerald Beach.Our centre is a 58-place centre located in the beautiful coastal suburb of Emerald Beach.
We have 3 rooms that cater for 6 weeks to 5 years and two purpose-built outdoor play areas.
We participate in team-building experiences to build bonds and friendships, loving what you do, where you work, and very importantly, who you work with is a recipe for success.
Our team prides itself on providing meaningful play-based programs through the lifelong learning approach, placing children at the core of our planning as capable, competent, and creative individuals.
About the Role
Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
About you
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
A current Working with Children's Check
Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
