Job Opportunity: Centre Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our team as a Centre Manager.

This dynamic role offers the chance to drive team performance, develop membership strategies, and ensure operational excellence in a hands-on environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive Team Performance and Growth
  • Develop and Implement Membership Strategies
  • Ensure Operational Excellence and Compliance
  • Build Strong Partnerships with Members and Community Groups
  • Oversee Maintenance, Equipment, Retail, and Reporting for Centre Success
Requirements:
  • Experience in Gym Operations and Group Fitness Delivery
  • Strong Leadership, Organisation, and Communication Skills
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and Pool Lifeguard Certification (or Willingness to Train)
  • WWCC (NSW) and Class C Driver's Licence
  • Previous Experience in Aquatic and/or Fitness Centre Supervision
  • Bonus Points for Qualifications in Business, WHS, Training, or Technical Operations

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a passion for health and wellbeing, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
