Key Position Overview

A charismatic leader is sought to spearhead the management of a dynamic aquatic and fitness centre.

This leadership opportunity combines strong business acumen with a passion for health, wellness, and community engagement in a role that's both challenging and rewarding.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a team across aquatics, fitness, and customer service, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Demonstrate expertise in membership growth and retention strategies to maintain a loyal customer base.
  • Maintain operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team that shares the organisation's values and mission.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with stakeholders, including hirers, members, and community groups.
  • Oversee maintenance, equipment management, retail operations, and reporting to ensure the centre's continued success.
Essential Requirements
  • Prior experience in gym operations and group fitness delivery.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Valid WWCC (NSW) and Class C Driver's Licence.
  • Previous experience in aquatic and/or fitness centre supervision.
  • Bonus points for qualifications in Business, WHS, Training, or Technical Operations.
