The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills, as well as experience in gym operations and group fitness delivery.
They will also possess current First Aid, CPR, and Pool Lifeguard Certification, and a WWCC (NSW) and Class C Driver's Licence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team across aquatics, fitness, and customer service, driving memberships, and overseeing maintenance, equipment, retail, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities- Leading and inspiring a team of professionals across multiple areas.
