Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable Functions: Manage the Accounts Payable inbox, verify invoice coding, and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Staff Expense Claims: Process employee expense claims efficiently, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
  • Accounts Receivable Functions: Prepare and send invoices, follow up on overdue payments, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Inquiries and Support: Respond to supplier and debtor-related inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Cash Account Reconciliation: Assist in the reconciliation of cash accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Reporting and Administration: Generate reports as directed, provide backup support to other business services, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Essential Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Intermediate Computer Skills: Demonstrate intermediate-level computer skills, with experience in using software applications such as Microsoft Office.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This figure reflects the estimated annual salary based on industry standards and the required skills and qualifications.
