Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Tech Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing on-site technical support for corporate functions and troubleshooting IT hardware.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Troubleshooting IT hardware, including laptops, desktop stations, monitors, video conferencing equipment, and printers.
  • Supporting SaaS applications used across the business and collaborating with third-party vendors to resolve system issues.
  • Maintaining cybersecurity risks and taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Managing the office network environment, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
  • Ensuring SOX-compliant user access provisioning and reporting.

In this role, you will work closely with our teams to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently. You will also stay up-to-date with technological trends and contribute innovative support ideas.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Strong experience in ICT support, preferably in a fast-paced corporate or HQ environment.
  • Confident troubleshooting of both Windows and macOS systems.
  • Experience supporting mobile devices (Android and iOS).
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently.
  • A self-motivated individual who works autonomously and follows through with proactive problem-solving and escalation.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy office environment.
