A challenging opportunity has arisen for a technical support specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThis position will involve managing technical inquiries from customers, using Salesforce, and resolving product-related issues through email, phone, and in-person interactions. You will also be required to assist other teams with technical enquiries.
- Email and phone case management of technical inquiries using Salesforce.
- Problem-solving and diagnosing the cause/effect of product queries through email, phone, and in-person with customers.
- Assisting multiple teams with any technical enquiries.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong electrical, plumbing or onsite building knowledge and experience.
- Confident ability using computers.
- Able to problem-solve and diagnose the cause/effect of product issues.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
