Job Summary:

We are seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to provide expert technical support and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site support for desktop and network issues, ensuring IT infrastructure functionality meets client standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for IT concerns, offering expert advice and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure the proper implementation and management of network and desktop solutions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of support activities, solutions provided, and system configurations for continuity.
  • Implement and configure new network hardware to meet growing business needs and improve IT operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and standards, working to improve processes and user satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in imaging and re-imaging systems to ensure seamless operations and minimal downtime for users.
  • Experience in providing end-user support, addressing customer issues promptly and effectively to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, managing user accounts, and ensuring security across network domains.
  • Strong understanding of Office 365 applications to assist users and manage enterprise-wide deployments and updates.
  • Skilled in SCCM for software deployment, managing system updates, and automating routine IT tasks.
  • Adept at network troubleshooting, identifying network issues, and implementing solutions to maintain network integrity.
  • Experience with Remote Desktop Services to provide effective remote support and resolve user queries efficiently.
  • Proven Windows Administration expertise, ensuring system security and optimizing performance for enterprise environments.
