About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Sales Team Coordinator to drive support for our Account Managers and expansive dealer network. Reporting to the General Manager, this multifaceted role will see you navigating a range of back-end administrative tasks across various channels, playing a pivotal role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Proficiency: Be proficient in all PWT systems including but not limited to SAP, Pioneer Direct, Microsoft Suite, Teams, Google Shared Drive, Google Earth, Kronos, and HubSpot.
  • Data Analysis: Gather relevant data and present it to management for use in monthly reporting & auditing.
  • Dealer Support: Understand tasks relevant to the Dealer Support Specialist role and be their backup support.
  • Digital Marketing: Interact with PWT Digital Marketing Team and be proactive in our social media presence.
  • Event Planning: Take a lead role in all aspects of PWT's social functions coordination, along with national and state-based conference planning.
  • Grant Research: Gather and collate data relevant around national and regional government and local authority grants, that would directly benefit sales in any given area.
  • Account Management: Support account managers as required around general data entry, organizing information and notification releases. This may include basic marketing arrangements like flyers and leaflets.
  • General Office: Perform general office duties.
  • Customer Service: Field basic phone customer enquiries and provide assistance where possible or facilitate the correct response.
  • Counter Sales: Responsible for basic counter sales.
  • Competitor Analysis: Undertake basic competitor information gathering and collation for presentation to management.
  • Reporting: Responsible for gathering accurate monthly data for Dealer Referral and Incentive reports and providing arranged data to management to action.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Proficiency in office operating tools including Microsoft Suite, SAP, HubSpot, and all in-house CRM systems.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills.
  • Industry Experience: Water storage industry experience 'or' steel fabrication industry experience (desirable).
