Business Operations Coordinator

At Ahrens & Pioneer Water Tanks, we're seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to drive support for our Account Managers and dealer network. This multifaceted role will see you navigating a range of back-end administrative tasks across various channels.
Key Responsibilities- System Proficiency: Be proficient in all PWT systems, including SAP, Pioneer Direct, Microsoft Suite, Teams, Google Shared Drive, Google Earth, Kronos, and HubSpot.
- Data Analysis: Gather relevant data and present it to management for use in monthly reporting and auditing.
- Dealer Support: Understand tasks relevant to the Dealer Support Specialist role and provide backup support as needed.
- Marketing Assistance: Interact with the PWT Digital Marketing Team and be proactive in social media management.
- Social Functions Coordination: Take a lead role in planning national and state-based conferences, along with social functions coordination.
- Government Grants Research: Gather and collate data relevant to national and regional government grants that can benefit sales in any given area.
- Account Manager Support: Assist account managers with general data entry, organizing information, and notification releases, including basic marketing arrangements.
- General Office Duties: Perform general office tasks and responsibilities.
- Customer Enquiries: Handle basic phone customer enquiries and provide assistance where possible or facilitate correct solutions.
- Counter Sales: Conduct basic counter sales transactions.
- Competitor Information: Undertake basic competitor information gathering and collation for presentation to management.
- Monthly Reporting: Gather accurate monthly data for Dealer Referral and Incentive reports and provide arranged data to management for action.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in office operating tools, including Microsoft Suite, SAP, HubSpot, and all in-house CRM systems.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills.
- Industry Experience: Water storage industry experience or steel fabrication industry experience (desired).
