Our client, an established, dynamic and rapidly growing company specializing in irrigation, reticulation, pumps, and plumbing products and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and innovative solutions to meet their clients' needs are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join their team.
**Role Type**: Permanent Full-time
**Days/Hours**: Monday to Friday / 38 hours per week between 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
**Reports To**: Sales Manager
**Your Responsibilities**:
- As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client’s sales team and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Your key responsibilities will include:
- Attend to sales-related calls (availability, pricing, orders, general customer inquiries)
- Forward non-sales related calls to the appropriate person
- Reply to inquiries where required.
- Process sales orders
- Send order confirmations.
- Calling E-Market Customers to Generate Sales
- Key/Convert Quotes from F2F Sales Reps
- Follow Up on Back Orders on a Weekly Basis
- Assist in Preparing Tenders
- General Office Administration as Directed
**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in a sales role is desirable (but not essential)
- Technical and product knowledge of irrigation pipe, reticulation, pumps, and plumbing would be considered advantageous.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A resolute positive mindset, excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and well-developed time management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records is essential.
