Creative Playland Experience Coordinator

This dynamic role plays a pivotal part in delivering an immersive, brand-new LEGO Playland experience within a fast-paced event environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support setup, pack-down, and daily maintenance of the activation space to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist with guest flow, queue management, and entry/exit logistics to maintain a smooth visitor journey.
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering a warm welcome to visitors and fostering a positive atmosphere.
- Engage visitors through interactive challenges and activities, promoting a memorable experience.
- Monitor and report any operational or visitor-related issues to optimize the overall experience.
What We're Looking for in You:
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for engaging with the public.
- Interest in events, experiential marketing, or brand engagement, with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences.
- Calm and composed demeanor in busy environments, with excellent communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to teamwork, with a focus on shared goals.
- Punctuality, reliability, and pride in presentation, with a strong work ethic.
- A valid Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one prior to the event.
- Flexibility to work various shifts during the Melbourne Royal Show.
- Ability to provide professional references, demonstrating a track record of success.
