Creative Director

Are you a visionary creative with the spark to shape campaigns and lead a small but dynamic team?

We're working with a well-established independent creative agency to find a skilled ideas-first Creative Director who can lead the creative department and take their work to the next level. The agency has a strong reputation across branding, strategy, social media, media buying, and integrated campaigns, and is now looking for someone to provide a bold, defining creative voice.

The Role:

As Creative Director, you will:

  • Lead and inspire a creative team including art directors and external partners.
  • Collaborate across accounts, media, and digital to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns.
  • Bring strong ideation skills, shaping innovative and effective creative outputs.
  • Mentor and develop younger team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative culture.
  • Contribute to business development by leveraging networks or proactively generating opportunities.
  • Take ownership of the role, influencing both creative direction and agency growth.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven agency experience and a portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Business development mindset – well-connected or able to hustle.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable in a small agency environment.
  • Able to thrive in a flexible, collaborative culture without needing micromanagement.
