We're working with a well-established independent creative agency to find a skilled ideas-first Creative Director who can lead the creative department and take their work to the next level.
The agency has a strong reputation across branding, strategy, social media, media buying, and integrated campaigns, and is now looking for someone to provide a bold, defining creative voice.
The Role: As Creative Director, you will: Lead and inspire a creative team including art directors and external partners.
Collaborate across accounts, media, and digital to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns.
Bring strong ideation skills, shaping innovative and effective creative outputs.
Mentor and develop younger team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative culture.
Contribute to business development by leveraging networks or proactively generating opportunities.
Take ownership of the role, influencing both creative direction and agency growth.
What We Are Looking For: Proven agency experience and a portfolio of successful campaigns.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Business development mindset – well-connected or able to hustle.
Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable in a small agency environment.
Able to thrive in a flexible, collaborative culture without needing micromanagement.
What is on Offer: Flexible working with hybrid options (in office Tues–Thurs).
An openness to part time with 3 to 4 days per week.
