**Leadership Opportunity in Dental Practice Management**

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager & Treatment Coordinator to lead our front-of-house, coordinate treatment journeys, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our practice.

This is a hybrid role that requires a strong leader with exceptional organisational, communication, and customer service skills — someone who can confidently manage the operations of the practice while also guiding patients through their care with empathy and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome patients and ensure their journey through the practice is smooth, professional, and caring.
- Guide patients through treatment plans, helping them understand their options and feel confident in their care.
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently to optimise the clinical diary.
- Encourage treatment acceptance through clear communication.

Practice Management & Operations:

- Oversee the daily running of the practice, ensuring a high standard of service, cleanliness, and compliance.
- Lead and support the team, managing rotas, training, and performance reviews.
- Maintain accurate records, handle invoicing, and ensure compliance.
- Monitor KPIs and contribute to the growth and success of the business through strategic planning and goal setting.

Sales & Marketing:

- Support marketing initiatives and patient engagement campaigns.
- Promote services and special offers to enhance patient retention and treatment uptake.

Requirements:

- Experience in dental or healthcare management (essential)
- Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
- A warm, confident, and proactive approach to both team leadership and patient care
- Knowledge of dental software is a plus
- Committed to high standards of professionalism, compliance, and confidentiality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
