- Design and deliver change for scalable and sustainable growth
- Three year, Board endorsed initiative
- Report to CEO and work closely with well-aligned leadership team
The Position
The Australian Dental Council (ADC) is seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Transformation Lead to help future-proof the organisation as it navigates anticipated growth and sector-wide change. A key strategic priority, endorsed by the Board, this is an opportunity to identify, design and build scalable systems and processes that will support the ADC well into the future.

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced project and change manager who has a record of designing and embedding organisational change in health, education or other similarly complex settings. An exceptional communicator who is comfortable working with ambiguity, the appointee will be recognised as resilient and adaptable. Ambitious and energetic, they will also be known as creative and reflective, with a problem-solving mindset and a keenness to learn from challenges.
