Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Future Leadership Full time
Overview

The Australian Dental Council (ADC) is seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Transformation Lead to help future-proof the organisation as it navigates anticipated growth and sector-wide change. A key strategic priority, endorsed by the Board, this is an opportunity to identify, design and build scalable systems and processes that will support the ADC well into the future.

Reporting directly to an innovative and contemporary CEO and working closely with a leadership team that is well-aligned and supportive, you will develop a framework to guide scalable change across the organisation and then lead phased implementation. The ideal candidate is a highly experienced project and change manager who has a record of designing and embedding organisational change in health, education or other similarly complex settings. An exceptional communicator who is comfortable working with ambiguity, the appointee will be recognised as resilient and adaptable.
