About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Rehabilitation Counsellor or Registered Psychologist to join our team at Benchmark Rehabilitation. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting clients to regain their lives and achieve their goals.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation and a passion for delivering high-quality services to clients. You will be responsible for conducting vocational assessments, providing health coaching, and developing complex case management plans to support clients in achieving their return to life, return to education, and return to work goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct vocational assessments and provide health coaching to support clients in achieving their goals
  • Develop and implement complex case management plans to support clients in achieving their return to life, return to education, and return to work goals
  • Provide discipline-specific services, including vocational counselling, health coaching, and case management
  • Work collaboratively with our Employment Services Consultant to support clients in achieving their employment and education goals
Requirements
  • Current ASORC or AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 5 years experience working as a Rehabilitation Counsellor or Registered Psychologist
  • Valid driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Able to provide a WWCC and Police Clearance
