Childcare Coordinator

The YMCA Carbrook Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) is a leading provider of before and after school care services, offering a unique opportunity for an Assistant Coordinator to join our team.
This permanent part-time position requires the successful applicant to work 34.5 hours during school term and 38 hours during vacation care time.
Key responsibilities include assisting the Service Coordinator with day-to-day operations, managing programs and staff, ensuring compliance with policy, and undertaking administrative tasks.
A key aspect of this role is working collaboratively with families and the school community to deliver quality care and education.
Requirements for the position include relevant qualifications in Childcare or Teaching, experience in program development and administration, excellent customer service skills, and First Aid and CPR certification.
