Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Childcare Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent part-time position, working 34.5 hours per week during school term and up to 38 hours during vacation care.

About the Role

  • Assist with the day-to-day running of the service and management of a team of Educators.
  • Develop quality programs and manage their implementation.
  • Support staff management, ensuring compliance with policy and undertaking administrative requirements.
  • Collaborate with families and the school community to provide exceptional childcare services.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Completed or actively studying relevant qualifications in Childcare or Teaching (minimum Diploma in Children Services).
  • Demonstrated experience in assisting with programming and a passion for providing quality childcare.
  • Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
  • First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Certificate of Suitability to work with Children and Young People or willingness to obtain.
