Job Title: Childcare Service Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our childcare service on a maternity leave contract.

About the Role:

  • Manage the coordination and administration of the childcare service
  • Supervise and support a team of educators to deliver high-quality care
  • Maintain compliance with relevant policies and procedures
  • Undertake administrative tasks as required
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with families and the school community

Requirements:

  • Completed (or currently studying) a relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching (Diploma in Children Services/Outside School Hours Care)
  • Demonstrated experience in providing quality care and education
  • Effective communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work with children with diverse needs and abilities
  • Strong customer service skills and first aid certification
  • Certificate of Suitability to work with Children and Young People (Blue Card)
