Job Title: Assistant Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and motivated coordinator to join our team at a Wavell Heights Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Service.

This is a permanent part-time position, working 34.5 hours per week during school terms and up to 38 hours per week during vacation care.

  • Coordinate the development and delivery of engaging programs for children.
  • Support daily service operations, including managing staffing and team collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Assist with administration and documentation.
  • B uild strong, positive relationships with families and the school community.

About You:

  • Completed Diploma of Children's Services or relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching.
  • Experience coordinating programming and a passion for quality childcare.
  • Strong administration and documentation skills in an OSHC setting.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Current Paid Blue Card or willingness to obtain.
