About this role
Our company is seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Support Specialist to provide business, administrative and personal support to our CEO.
This is a full-time role with Monday to Friday working hours but we may consider part-time options depending on the candidate's availability.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Managing incoming communications and diary management
- Data management and event planning
- Minute taking and report writing
We are looking for someone who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all correspondence and emails
- Organise meetings and appointments
- Prepare reports and presentations
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
