DTMF Group is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our CEO, Stephanie Deligiorgis. This role is pivotal in enabling the CEO to execute strategic priorities across marketing, commercial growth, client partnerships, and business operations.
You will play an integral role in enhancing the CEO's productivity and visibility while managing day-to-day initiatives that contribute to the organisation's national growth, operational excellence, and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level executive support including diary and email management, travel coordination, and confidential communication handling.
Work closely with the CEO to manage and execute commercial and marketing strategies, new business pursuits, and client engagement campaigns.
Coordinate internal and external communications, prepare presentation materials, and draft business correspondence.
Assist in the preparation and follow-up of key business meetings, tenders, and partnership proposals.
Liaise with the marketing team to ensure branding consistency and support CEO-led initiatives across digital and traditional media platforms.
Facilitate operational reporting, task follow-up, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure execution of business priorities.
Act as a key liaison between the CEO and senior leadership team, external partners, and clients.
Manage sensitive business information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Previous experience in an executive assistant, operations, or marketing coordination role, ideally within commercial services, property, or facilities management sectors.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand business priorities and contribute proactively.
Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and presentation tools (e.g. Monday.com,Canva).
A proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach and a positive, professional attitude.
Willingness to grow with the role, taking on increasing responsibility across key strategic areas
