Job Title: Operations Co-ordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Operations Co-ordinator to join our team. As an Operations Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in planning and executing the day-to-day activities of our operations department.

About the Role

The Operations Co-ordinator will be responsible for planning incoming raw materials, ensuring correct paperwork on delivery, and routing them to R/M bins. You will also carry out all weighbridge activities, plan for the night's production working with transport to ensure the correct product and quantity is available, and dispatch finished product as per loading sheets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute the daily operations of the department
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure stock takes are conducted regularly
  • Assist with FLT cover and other general mill cover as required
  • Liaise with all members of the office/mill team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Responsible for contributing to the implementation of quality standards and company procedures
