**HR Co-ordinator**

The purpose of the HR Co-ordinator role is to provide exceptional people experience to our company's employees and people leaders through effective administration and coordination of key processes across the employee lifecycle.

This is achieved by establishing our people's requirements and delivering consistent, personalised and tailored support according to our agreed service delivery.

**What You Will Do**

**Responsibilities include, however not limited to**:

- Work closely with the recruitment team to coordinate the onboarding process, including executing new starter documentation in a timely manner
- Coordinate the employee exit process and administer the employee exit interview
- Manage end to end employee lifecycle processes including but not limited to, leave of absence, probation, flexible work arrangements and various employee movements
- Provide advice on HR processes to managers and employees to educate and enable them to self-service where applicable
- Update and maintain personnel files
- Manage central HR inbox and respond to employee queries in a timely manner
- Benefits administration
- Maintain HR content on company intranet to ensure currency and relevance
- Update and maintain policies, procedures, and HR forms
- Initiate process improvement to increase operational efficiencies and effectiveness
- Assist the HR team with HR projects and ad-hoc tasks

**What You Must Have**
- Experience working in Human Resources function, alternatively extensive years administrative experience (Ops Admin or equivalent)
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
- Exceptional time management, planning and organisational skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Maintain strict confidentiality
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a broader HR team
- Experience dealing with internal stakeholders to provide solutions and high levels of customer service
- Ability to work in a complex and nuanced environment where not all processes are a 'one size fits all'
- Optimistic, positive and collaborative personality
- Previous experience with a HRIS will be highly regarded
