Ozcare's Digital Transformation department is responsible for driving a range of strategic initiatives focused on enhancing organisational and operational capability, with a key focus on technology-enabled solutions. The Project Management Office is actively managing thirty projects, with more projects to commence in the next financial year.

The Digital Transformation department are looking for an organised, performance orientated meticulous, and outcome focused Project Co-ordinator to join the team.

**Your Role**

As Project Co-ordinator, your role is to perform high quality project co-ordination activities to assist the team in the delivery of Ozcare's Strategic Projects.

Your tasks will include:

- Co-ordinate project activities (e.g., scheduling, planning, organising resources).
- Maintain project plans and assess project progression, adjusting plans as required.
- Inform the project team and stakeholders about the progress of the project.
- Manage project resources (e.g., personnel, equipment, and materials) to ensure they are available and allocated accordingly.
- Monitor budgets, resources, and expenditure across all projects.
- Identify issues or risks associated with the project, escalating as required.
- Attend meetings regularly for project planning, review, and consultation.
- Maintain accurate records and high-quality documentation in accordance with the responsibilities of the role.
- Maintain the department Project Register (e.g., record project status updates from the project team, identify and escalate issues/ risks, provide weekly project updates to Group Manager).
- Assist with workflow, planning and organisation of daily activities including calendar management, facilitating team communications, scheduling tasks and meetings, monitoring deadlines and correspondence preparation.
- Assist and support the implementation and management of business processes and procedures, including those specifically relating to the use of Ozcare's Enterprise Applications
- Drive and assist in continual process improvement as well as user adherence to process.

**Role Requirements**
- Working in a PMO or Project Co-ordination experience is essential.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in the delivery of Business / Technology Projects.
- Have discretion and sensitivity in all dealings and maintain strict standards of confidentiality.
- Demonstrated high level computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to work well under pressure and respond to deadlines.
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information pertaining to Ozcare's Strategic Projects and its operations, including any information which could be considered to be 'in confidence'.
- Ability to effectively prioritise and manage competing priorities.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- This is an office-based role due to the collaborative nature of the project delivery, requiring regular in-person interaction among Executive / Project Sponsors and team members. Remote work options are not available for this position.
