A great opportunity exists to work with a leader in Hospitality Recruitment & Labour Hire.

Our client is requiring 3 x Booking Co-ordinators to start permanent roles immediately in their Sydney office.

Training is provided.

The role of the booking coordinator:

- Accurately taking and receiving bookings from clients, understanding the exact staffing and skill requirements for each assignment
- Co-ordinate and allocate these assignments with a sense of urgency, and with the right choice of staff
- To effectively job swap, reallocating staff for a more suitability role for both staff and client
- Manage various administrative aspects of such bookings
- Assist clients with account queries, assist and advise with wage rates, staffing requirements and general information.
- Deal with all facets of hospitality, WHS industrial relations
- To be informative and to know the answers or where to source the information
- Attend to the resolution of feedback issues in a positive and motivating manner
- Follow through on completed bookings, seeking feedback and customer satisfaction
- Look after a selected group of clients, which involves client and site visits

You will have:

- A solid knowledge of food and beverage operations
- An understanding of computers
- Self-motivation plus the ability to motivate others
- Work within established procedures, but offer solutions
- The ability to negotiate with a 'win-win' approach
- A 'team' attitude to problem solving & task sharing
- Solid resolution skills
