Job Title: Group Director – Influencer Marketing

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Director – Influencer Marketing to lead our influencer marketing efforts at Havas Media Group Spain SAU. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic influencer marketing campaigns that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Influencer Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Manage Influencer Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and industry partners to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Lead Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including content creation, campaign measurement, and reporting.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of influencer marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team of professionals.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of social media trends and influencer marketing best practices.
