We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Future You. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving and supporting our marketing activities, culminating in an exciting future for our clients, broader community, and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with our leadership team to understand target markets and develop effective strategies to reach and influence them.
- Identify existing and emerging marketing opportunities and develop a comprehensive annual marketing plan within the framework of our five-year strategic plan.
- Conduct market research, including competitor analysis, to maintain a strong market awareness and make recommendations on opportunistic activity.
- Collaborate with our Head of Growth to gather and evaluate feedback from target markets and current clients.
- Develop relationships with specialist media and industry-related organizations, working closely with our appointed PR firm.
- Manage the annual marketing budget and meet execution timelines, ensuring optimal leverage and engagement.
- Prepare and manage submissions to third-party industry league tables.
- Systemize and maintain core bid and proposal documents and assets, providing support to Directors in preparing bid and proposal documents.
- Extensive experience in legal brand marketing and communications strategy, planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Demonstrable experience in building brand equity in new and existing markets.
- Ability to build strong and trusted relationships with senior team members through engagement and market understanding.
- Experience in building a scalable marketing function to support a rapidly expanding business.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and market intelligence for sophisticated target audiences.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to plan ahead, manage competing timelines, and multitask.
- Exceptional team player with a strong collaboration and input from the broader team.
- Adaptable and creative, with a consistent demonstration of behaviors aligned with our firm's values.
