Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our Food eCom Customer Growth team within Woolies X. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering marketing initiatives that drive awareness, consideration, and acquisition of our Food eCom proposition.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and activate marketing plans aligned to defined objectives, driving key business metrics.
- Partner with teams and other business units to facilitate effective end-to-end marketing programs, maximizing customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
- Work with internal and external media and creative agencies to develop and optimize highly relevant campaigns, achieving key business metrics for customer growth.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to provide visibility and engagement along the program journey.
- Develop materials to communicate key performance insights and tactics for the wider team to drive collective improvement.
- Execute test and learn programs to trial best practice and leading-edge tactics to drive conversion.
- 5+ years of marketing experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and GTM (or similar roles).
- End-to-end campaign management experience, including strategic brief writing, creative evaluation, production, and measurement.
- Understanding of how to use above-the-line media campaigns to drive growth of customer propositions.
- Strong presentation, communication, and planning skills.
- Retail e-commerce and loyalty experience desirable.
- Exceptional relationship-building capabilities, with an ability to influence and manage multi-stakeholders.
