As an Events Manager at a leading medical research institute, you will be responsible for planning and executing multiple events that bring together key stakeholders, including law firms, clients, donors, and internal teams.About the RoleOversight of multiple events, including small gatherings and high-profile business events, requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You will coordinate teams to ensure smooth execution of events and implement new systems and processes to elevate event experiences.Key Responsibilities
  • Build Strong Relationships
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including law firms, clients, and donors.
    • Engage estate planning lawyers and coordinate tours of our Institute to promote our work.
  • Manage Logistics and Budgets
    • Oversee logistics and budgets to ensure events run smoothly, on time, and within budget.
  • Lead Multiple Events
    • Lead multiple events simultaneously, bringing your vision to life and delivering high-quality experiences.
Requirements
  • Degree and/or Diploma in Marketing, Event Management, or related field of study.
  • 2 years of experience in event management or a relevant discipline.
  • Strong relationship building skills with multiple stakeholders.
  • Great attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality events.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
