- Fostering a seamless and memorable atmosphere across all touch points.
- Administering the workplace, ensuring meeting rooms, AV facilities, and break-out areas operate efficiently.
- Maintaining client areas to provide an optimal working environment and functionality.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality, administration, or workplace management, specialising in customer-centric events.
- Customer-centric experience in business-to-business and customer-facing environments.
- Results-oriented with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to assess and prioritise workload within deadline-driven environments.
- A collaborative mindset, thriving on teamwork to overcome obstacles and achieve collective success.
This full-time office-based role is ideal for experienced customer service professionals ready to transition into the corporate sector.
