Event Coordinator Opportunity
This role is a unique chance to take charge of event planning and execution, ensuring seamless delivery from start to finish.
As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple events, coordinating teams, and implementing initiatives. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality events that meet the expectations of our stakeholders.
Key aspects of this role include:
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including law firms, clients, donors, and internal teams.
- Managing logistics and budgets to ensure every event runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.
- Implementing innovative programs, such as the Sydney Lawyers initiative, engaging estate planning lawyers and coordinating tours of our Institute.
- Leading multiple events simultaneously, bringing your vision to life and driving success.
What can you bring to this role?
- A degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field of study.
- 2 years of experience in event management or a relevant discipline.
- Strong relationship building skills with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality events.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database management software.
- A driver's license and ideally your own car for occasional use at events.
