Event Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking an event coordinator to play a key role in planning, coordinating and delivering events across our organisation. This is a hands-on role that contributes to both strategic planning and on-the-ground delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end event logistics including venues, suppliers, staffing, run sheets and pack down.
  • Support the delivery of national and local events such as open days, information nights, webinars, orientations and welcome weeks.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for national graduation ceremonies.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Assist with pre-event promotion, guest management, registrations and post-event follow-up.
  • Capture event attendance, feedback and outcomes to support reporting and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Preferrable at least 3 years' experience coordinating or supporting events in a multi-campus or fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting large-scale events such as graduations, orientations or corporate functions.
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
