This is an Internal Communications role at Domain with an amazing team that is continuing to grow rapidly.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Assist with internal communications content, including supporting video production, drafting digital assets, newsletters, and articles.
  2. Help gather and organise data for monthly reports on internal communications metrics.
  3. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and suggest ideas for internal initiatives that promote employee engagement and education on key themes.
  4. Lead coordination with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration in activities and projects.

**Requirements:**

  • Organised and reliable, able to manage deadlines and tasks with guidance.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable engaging with team members and stakeholders at various levels.
  • Strong written communication skills, able to help draft articles and content.
  • Basic experience or interest in video editing and design (e.g., Canva) is a plus; training can be provided.
