Senior Manager of Internal Communications

As a Senior Manager of Internal Communications at Dexus, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective and efficient internal communications and engagement across the organization.
You will lead a small team to develop and implement an organization-wide internal communications strategy, partner with the CEO to define communication and engagement priorities, and deliver timely communications and campaigns aligned with organizational changes.
Key responsibilities include managing the intranet to ensure a seamless user experience, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective project delivery, designing and delivering all-staff events and webinars, and maintaining an internal communications planning calendar while measuring communication effectiveness.
Requirements- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Capability to build effective relationships across all levels
- Adaptability, detail-oriented, and ability to maintain discretion
- Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in internal communications within large organizations, preferably in financial or property sectors
- Demonstrated success in managing and delivering multi-tiered communications projects and campaigns in complex, fast-paced environments
- Strong experience in building relationships with C-level leaders and stakeholders to develop and execute communication strategies
- Advanced skills in Microsoft SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with preferred proficiency in tools like Campaign Monitor, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and LinkedIn
