The Opportunity

You will make an impact by playing a pivotal role in ensuring effective and efficient internal communications and engagement across Dexus, as a key member of the People and Culture team.

As the Senior Manager, Internal Communications, you will lead a small team to develop and implement an organisation-wide internal communications strategy, partner with the CEO to define communication and engagement priorities, and deliver timely communications and campaigns aligned with organisational changes. You will manage the intranet to ensure a seamless user experience, build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective project delivery, design and deliver all-staff events and webinars, and maintain an internal communications planning calendar whilst measuring communication effectiveness.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organisational and project management abilities, and the capability to build effective relationships across all levels. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain discretion while working both independently and as part of a team.

In addition:

  • A degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in internal communications within large organisations, preferably in financial or property sectors. Experience at ASX listed company advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and delivering multi-tiered communications projects and campaigns in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong experience in building relationships with C-level leaders and stakeholders to develop and execute communication strategies.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with preferred proficiency in tools like Campaign Monitor, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and LinkedIn.
