Job Description:

At Accor Vacation Club, we are seeking a skilled Billing Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for driving the collection of membership club fees and creating solutions that enable Members to maximize the benefits of their membership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collection Management: Managing a large number of inbound and outbound calls and emails related to collections.
  • Payment Arrangements: Negotiating and monitoring payment arrangements with Members.
  • Invoice Processing: Assisting with quarterly Collection runs and Annual Invoice runs.
  • Dispute Resolution: Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies and disputes.
  • Receipting and Refunds: Receipting payments, processing refunds, and ensuring accurate record management is maintained at all times.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service: Outstanding customer service skills with a genuine interest in helping people.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivation and enthusiasm to develop new skills.
  • Experience: 1-2 years' previous experience in collections or financial services is highly desirable.
  • Availability: Availability to work rostered hours Monday-Friday between 7am-7pm.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to thrive under pressure, show initiative, and efficiently manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.

Estimated Salary:

$55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
