Mantra & The Sebel Twin Towns Hotel & Apartments are two properties that sit side by side on the Gold Coast / Northern NSW border overlooking the beautiful Coolangatta Beach. The properties offer a range of hotel style rooms as well as one, two and three bedroom apartments and pools for guests to enjoy. In your downtime, experience the laid-back lifestyle of the Southern Gold Coast and Tweed Heads region by heading down to the beach, or visiting one of the many pubs, clubs, or restaurants along the foreshore and surrounds.

This role is based at 50 Cavill Avenue, Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast.

Purpose
In the realm of finance, as Finance Officer you will not just be the custodian of numbers, but a multifaceted professional who ensures financial stability, compliance, and prosperity of the company.

Primary Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and handle bank transfers with precision
- Efficiently manage banking administration tasks, including timely issuance of monthly invoices
- Ensure equitable distribution of central expenses among properties and timely collection of aged debts
- Undertake end-of-month accrual processes, join the profit & loss review team with enthusiasm, and reconcile balance sheets with a keen eye
- Assist in Corporate Credit Card administration and Loyalty points management while maintaining strict report accuracy
- Uphold rigorous adherence to established financial procedures, safeguard the confidentiality of processed information, and contribute to a seamless financial operation

Skills and Experience
- A relevant tertiary qualification, whilst pursuing a CA/CPA is an advantage
- Ideally, prior experience in a similar role of accounting or commerce
- Excels in the world of Microsoft Excel
- Masters the art of excellent verbal and written communication
- Unmatched eye for detail
