**Inclusion Leadership Opportunity:**We seek a visionary leader to drive our Diversity and Inclusion strategies and programs.This pivotal role will influence organisational approaches, governance, and programs to embed the voices, values, and aspirations of all employees across all levels in our workplace.As an inclusion leader, you will lead and manage engagement with key stakeholders and staff to implement organisational initiatives, deliver on our Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging vision and Reconciliation Action Plan.You will build trusting relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including our Indigenous network, to improve delivery of outcomes across the government.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead organisational approaches to Diversity and Inclusion
  • Implement initiatives to deliver on DIB and RAP
  • Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
