We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join our team as an Associate Director, Inclusion. This pivotal role will influence diversity and inclusion strategies and programs to ensure that the voices, values, and aspirations of all employees are embedded across all levels in our workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your exceptional leadership skills to drive strategic initiatives, manage complex projects, and deliver inclusive outcomes, achievements, and activities.">
  • Develop and implement organizational approaches, governance, and programs to deliver on our Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB) vision and Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).">
  • Foster trusting relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including our Treasury Indigenous network.">
  • Contribute to improving the delivery of outcomes across the NSW Government.">
  • Lead our Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging branch and work within the Financial Management and Services Group.">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

">
  • ">
  • Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline or demonstrated relevant, equivalent professional experience.">
  • Demonstrated high-level skills and extensive experience in project and/or program management and evaluation, including stakeholder engagement across all levels.">
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives, manage complex projects, and deliver DIB outcomes, achievements, and activities.">
  • Deep understanding of First Nations cultures, including historical, economic, and social factors impacting outcomes.">
  • Demonstrated experience in DIB design, development, delivery, and evaluation of diverse workplace programs and strategies.">
  • Strong cultural competency and awareness, with the ability to engage respectfully and effectively in diverse contexts.">
  • Extensive experience in the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of diverse Culture, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Learning and Leadership Development strategies and programs.">
  • Demonstrated conceptual, analytical thinking, and research skills, with experience in complex data analysis.">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, consultation, negotiation, leadership, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.">
