Resident Wellbeing Manager

Overview of the Role:

This position focuses on leading wellbeing initiatives that make a tangible difference in residents' lives. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with village teams, wellbeing specialists, and local partners to design and implement inclusive wellbeing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support village teams to create engaging wellbeing experiences
  • Develop and lead initiatives that address dementia awareness, aged care partnerships, and volunteer programs
  • Be a trusted advisor for wellbeing concerns and provide empathetic support
  • Build strong relationships with Home Care providers and wellbeing specialists
  • Champion consistency and celebrate success across your region
