At Active Recruitment, we are seeking an experienced HR and Payroll Administrator to provide essential support for the ANZ region. This role will be key to maintaining payroll accuracy, data management, and supporting various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate monthly payroll for employees in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Employee Queries: Address payroll-related questions and support staff with HR queries.
  • HRIS Management: Maintain employee records and files in the Oracle-based HRIS system.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment tasks such as scheduling interviews and preparing employment contracts.
  • Onboarding/Offboarding: Administer new hire orientation and exit processes to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Communication Management: Manage the HR inbox, responding to or directing all inquiries appropriately.
  • Reporting: Compile and deliver internal and external HR reports as required.
  • Confidentiality and Compliance: Ensure the confidentiality of employee records and adhere to company policies.
  • General Administration: Perform additional HR duties as assigned by the Director, Human Resources APAC.

**Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience:**

  • Minimum three years' experience in HR and Payroll administration.
  • Proficiency in managing HRIS and payroll systems, with strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • High level of attention to detail in managing employee data.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage a high workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

**Salary Estimate:** AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
