Job Summary

Talent Web is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead our payroll function in a standalone role. This is a key management position where you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for 800 employees.

About the Role

  • Manage the payroll process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time, overseeing reporting and liaising with external auditors as needed.
  • Implement and maintain payroll systems, driving continuous improvements.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR and finance teams on payroll matters.

Your Qualifications

  • Proven experience in payroll management or supervisory roles, with strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise across departments.
