About the Role:Talent Web is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead our payroll function in a standalone role. This exciting opportunity will see you take on a key management position and shape the future of our payroll department.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for our workforce of 800 employees. You will ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, awards, and company policies, as well as oversee payroll reporting and liaise with external auditors as needed.
You will also implement and maintain payroll systems, ensuring continuous improvements, and provide guidance and support to HR and finance teams on payroll matters.
