We are seeking a skilled Sr. Business Analyst to lead the analysis for a stream of work and shape its direction, aligning with our program's vision.

The ideal candidate will join our Data Change team in Sydney, supporting project delivery for our Trade Data initiative. This involves providing data solutions, facilitating effective data management through new platforms, and automating system flows within our Commodities and Global Markets Group.

As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of new technology, valued for your development and ideas that contribute to our dynamic organisation.

Our established program team focuses solely on delivering transformational change to manage and uplift controls within the Commodities and Global Markets business.

You will work with business and technology stakeholders to document and uplift controls for our trade capture system, as part of a critical regulatory initiative. This role requires navigating a breadth of stakeholders from multiple groups and divisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Documenting and uplifting controls
  • Working with senior business and technology stakeholders
  • Analyzing and making sense of data to inform risk-based decisions
  • Financial Services experience within the Global Trading space

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a global business offering capital and financing, risk management, market access, physical execution and logistics solutions to a diverse client base.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
