Urban Subdivision Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled project lead to oversee subdivision works from commencement to completion. As a hands-on professional with a strong background in civil construction and urban subdivision projects, you will be responsible for delivering urban subdivision projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of subdivision projects from tendering to handover
  • Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to identify areas for improvement
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and council stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
  • Provide leadership to onsite teams and facilitate effective communication across all parties

About You

  • Proven experience as a project manager in civil construction with a focus on urban subdivisions
  • Strong technical understanding of earthworks, roadworks, sewer, stormwater, and water reticulation
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive project success
  • Familiarity with local authority and council specifications to ensure compliance
  • Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar fields
  • A current driver's license and construction white card
