The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Welshpool. This is a full-time opportunity for someone looking to build strong relationships with major mining partners and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and develop a positive safety culture across the business
  • Proactively visit customer sites to ensure service levels are consistently met or exceeded
  • Positively promote Programmed services to clients
  • Drive safety improvement through regular delivery of safety talks and site inspections
  • Maintain compliance and accurate account history for clients
  • Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner
  • Assist with resolution of operational issues
Requirements
  • Ability to deliver high-level customer relationship management
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Establish strong working relationships with clients and candidates
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within labour hire or recruitment sector
  • A proven track record in contract management or gained in a hands-on operational environment
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen
  • Well-organized, self-starter with a team orientation and ability to work under tight deadlines

Estimated Salary Range: AU$85,000 - AU$110,000 per annum
